Leadership Team of illycaffè Iberia

Six months ago, I embarked on an exciting journey to be a change catalyst & a coach for the Leadership Team of illycaffè Iberia.

Today we met back after summer for a Leadership Development meeting in their new inspiring office.

I saw leaders experiencing what high performing teams are: constant focus on individuals and their wellbeing, exceptional business results, continuous improvement of trust, & never resting to build talents.

Thanks for this great milestone after 6 months, I cannot feel more honored: Thanks for your passion, your generosity, your hard work and... so much FUN!!!

Now we are heading to accelerated Leadership Team Development with more emotions and more learning as a team.
